Our staff includes: ASE master techs, chassis engineers, fiberglass and composite material experts, production engineers and even an Italian car designer. Custom chassis design, stress point analysis, suspension application, front/rear balance, body and parts molding, blueprints and production plans are our specialty. We do powertrain and gear matching, electrical schematics, harness, and even arrange ergonomics such as: seating position, pedals location, headroom , storage space, visibility, safety and blind-spot elimination. From a simple brake problem to a new windshield frame or a retractable hardtop we can help as follows : - do-it-yourselfers: we can assist/assemble your project over the phone, or provide you with a partial assembly for you to continue the project - Assembly shops : we can save you a bundle of time by solving hard problems or find that part to finish the job - Manufacturers : we can prevent production mistakes and set-up a progressive schedule. We can also produce molds, templates, jigs and time-saving tools
